The online inscription to the list of speakers for UPR outcomes will be open from Monday, 16 June at 9 a.m. until Thursday, 19 June at 6 p.m.

NHRIs and NGOS are also requested to inscribe online through their respective systems. For additional information on modalities and deadlines: https://www.ohchr.org/en/hr-bodies/hrc/ngo-nhri-info.

Speaking time is 1-3 minutes. The time limit for statements during the plenary adoption of UPR outcomes is dependent on the total number of stakeholders inscribed on the list of speakers. The mentioned values are the upper time limit. Please refer to the list of speakers of each adoption to know the exact time limit. Please also refer to announcements made in Room XX and through Sched and SMS alert.

Option to submit communications from governments for the session of the Human Rights Council available in Events.
